Terms and Conditions

Dee Marks Hotel & Resort – Mahipalpur, New Delhi

By confirming a room reservation or event/function booking at Dee Marks Hotel & Resort, the guest/client agrees to the following terms. These policies are in place to ensure smooth operations, safety, and a professional experience for all guests and staff.


General Stay Policies

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 Noon

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or PAN card) at check-in.

  • Guests arriving without valid ID will not be permitted to check in. No refund will be provided in such cases.

  • Carrying arms or ammunition is strictly prohibited within hotel premises.


Booking & Payment Policy

  • 25% advance payment is required to confirm event/function bookings.

  • 50% of the total amount must be paid 45 days before the event/function date.

  • 100% of the total amount must be cleared 7 days before the event.

  • Room rates and event charges are exclusive of taxes unless specified otherwise.

  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash (as per Indian legal limits).

  • Bookings during peak seasons, public holidays, or special events may require 100% advance and/or a minimum stay commitment.


Event & Banquet Booking Guidelines

  • Menu must be finalized at least 15 days prior to the event.

  • Last-minute changes in menu, décor, setup, or event timing will not be entertained.

  • Plate sharing is not allowed. Guests will be billed as per the guaranteed guest count.

  • If guest count exceeds 15% of the minimum guarantee, a 10% surcharge per plate will apply.

  • All extra consumption (F&B, décor, overtime, etc.) must be settled immediately after the event.

  • DJ services are permitted strictly until 10:00 PM as per Hon’ble Supreme Court guidelines.

  • Alcoholic beverages are allowed only with valid licenses and prior hotel approval.

  • Use of outside vendors (e.g., decorators, DJs) is allowed only with prior written approval and must comply with hotel regulations.


Guest Conduct

  • All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously.

  • Unlawful activity, misconduct, abuse, or disruption may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Smoking inside rooms will attract deep-cleaning charges.

  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay or event.

  • Carrying weapons or prohibited substances will result in immediate eviction.


Occupancy & Visitor Policy

  • Rooms are for double occupancy. One extra bed may be provided per room, subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Children under 5 years may stay free of charge if sharing an existing bed with parents.

  • Visitors are allowed between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM only and must register at the front desk with valid ID.

  • Overnight visitors are not permitted unless registered as paying guests and the extra bed fee has been paid.

  • Undeclared guests or exceeding room capacity may lead to eviction or extra charges.


Pet Policy

  • Pets are strictly not allowed on the property.

  • Guests arriving with pets will be denied check-in. No refund will be issued.

  • This policy is enforced to maintain hygiene, guest comfort, and allergy safety.


Use of Hotel Facilities

  • Access to spa, swimming pool, and other recreational areas is restricted to registered guests.

  • Use of such facilities is at your own risk. Appropriate attire is required at all times.

  • Children must always be accompanied by adults in these areas.


Security & Surveillance

  • All public areas of the hotel are under 24×7 CCTV surveillance for safety and security.

  • Footage may only be reviewed in the case of security concerns and is not shared unless required by law.


Right of Admission

The hotel reserves the right to admission. Bookings may be denied or canceled, or guests evicted, for any policy violations, unlawful behavior, or misconduct. No refund will be applicable in such cases.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Room Reservations

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to check-in: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: One night’s retention charge will apply.

  • No-shows: Full booking amount will be charged with no refund.

  • Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited unless prior permission is granted by the hotel.


Event, Function, or Group Bookings

  • 90 days or more before the event date: Booking amount will be adjusted in future booking.

  • 45 to 89 days before the event date: 50% of the total amount received will be adjusted in future booking.

  • 30 to 44 days before the event date: 25% of the total amount received will be adjusted in future booking.

  • Less than 30 days before the event date: No refund.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to be considered valid.


3. REFUND POLICY

  • Where applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

  • For group bookings, banquets, or functions, advance payments are non-refundable.

  • No refund will be given in the following circumstances:

    • Policy violations (e.g., bringing pets, misbehavior, etc.)

    • Force Majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

    • No-shows or evictions due to guest misconduct

  • Any applicable partial refund will be calculated based on the hotel’s cancellation terms and actual expenses incurred.

Each of our guest rooms feature a private bath, wi-fi, cable television and include full breakfast.
